Munari mobile

24.50
This mobile was designed by Bruno Munari. The mobile is adjusted to the new-born’s sight: his/her eyes are capable of making a black and white picture with grey shades. The geometric shapes are used because the child finds them interesting and they attract his/her attention. Geometric shapes are balanced with a glass sphere which reflects light. The Munari mobile are so light that they move with air and by doing so attract the baby’s attention. The new-born comes into the world from the dark womb so s/he likes the light and dark contrasts. Observing these black and white geometric shapes encourages his/her research of environment, encourages the development of concentration and offers him/her a pleasant observing experience. We attach the Munari mobile with a string on the ceiling so that it hangs over the lying child approx. 30 cm measured from the lowest geometric shape.

Gobbi mobile

Gobbi mobile The Gobbi mobile was designed by Gianna Gobbi. It is made from spheres of different shades of one colour which are light enough to move with air. It is a simple and attractive accessory for the child’s attention and at the same time it helps developing his/her visual sense so that s/he can differentiate the shades and subtle differences in colour. Differentiating the colour shades is the strongest in the early life. We can hang the mobile on a toy hanger or attach it on the ceiling or above the changing table. Mobile is assembled by 5 large cotton balls in different colour shades.

Octahedron mobile

17.50
The Octahedron mobile is made from light holographic paper which attracts the child’s attention with its light movement and reflection of light. The shape of the mobile enables the child to observe a three-dimensional object in space and by doing so the child builds the basis for understanding the geometric dimensions later in life. The Octahedrons encourage the child’s ability to concentrate and give him the opportunity to develop depth perception. We can hang the mobile on a toy hanger or attach it on the ceiling or above the changing table.

Dancers mobile

22.00
The dancers are made from light holographic paper so that they can move with air. The colour contrasts, reflection of light and pleasant shapes of the dancers attract the child’s attention. The child follows the dancers’ slow movements and that helps him/her developing visual skills such as depth perception, eye coordination, sensing the movement; and trains his/her ability to focus on things. We hang the mobile on the ceiling with a thread or on a higher hanger out of the child’s reach.
